Privacy Policy

01What I collect

• Contact form. Name, email, company or project, what you’re interested in, budget, timeline, your message, and which page you sent it from.
• Calls and bookings. Name, email and anything you add when you book through Cal.com. I don’t record calls.
• Client work. The business context you share during a project: workflows, tools, team structure, brand assets, strategy docs, files.
• Payments. Handled by Stripe. I see that you paid and how much. I never see or store your full card number.
• Server logs. My host, Vercel, keeps standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and protect the sites.

I don’t run ad pixels, retargeting or cross-site tracking. If I add privacy-friendly analytics later, I’ll update this page.

02How I use it

• To reply to you and send a copy of your message for your records.
• To scope, deliver and support work you’ve hired me for.
• To send invoices and keep business records.
• To follow up on a conversation you started. You can tell me to stop anytime.

I don’t sell, rent or trade your information.

04Client project data

What you share during a project is used only for that project. It lives in access-controlled tools, is never shared with other clients, and you can ask me to export or delete it once the work is done.

05Health data (HIPAA)

Rad Animal is not a HIPAA-covered entity and doesn’t sign Business Associate Agreements by default. If your business handles protected health information, I design the work so patient records stay in your own compliant systems and never pass through mine. If you need a BAA, bring it up before we start.

06How long I keep it

• Form messages: in my email until you ask me to delete them.
• Project files: for the length of our work and archived after, unless you ask for deletion.
• Payment and tax records: as long as the law requires.

07Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I have on you, or to stop hearing from me. Email jake@radanimal.co and I’ll handle it within 30 days. California residents have these rights under state law too, and I’ll never treat you differently for using them.

08Security

Two-factor sign-in on every account, scoped API keys, secrets kept out of code, and access limited to what each tool needs. Nothing online is perfectly secure, but I treat your data like my own.

09Kids

These sites aren’t meant for anyone under 18, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

10Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If it’s a big change and we’re working together, I’ll tell you directly.
